Emergency Calls:   Our Utility Operators are available 24/7 to respond to all Gas Emergencies (Gas Odours, Suspected Gas Leaks, Suspected Carbon Monoxide, Hit Gas Lines etc.)  Please call 403-526-7718 for any gas related emergencies. We ask that you let our staff know if you have flu or cold symptoms or if you have been travelling so that our staff can properly protect themselves when entering your home.  Please note that we will not be responding to non-emergent calls at this time.

 

Payments:    We are strongly encouraging customers to pay their bills electronically either by Online Banking, Pre-Authorized Debit (please email billing@fortymilegas.ca   to sign up), or Online Credit Card Payments through our website at www.fortymilegas.ca .    We can still accept cheques through the mail, but we would like to minimize contact with paper cheques whenever possible.  We are currently not accepting Debit or Cash payments. 

E-Billing:   We would also encourage customers to sign up to receive their monthly bills via email instead of by regular mail, simply email billing@fortymilegas.ca   with your account # to sign up!   If you are signed up for E-billing you will also receive important updates and information.
